Back in the best LIVE music venue in Drogheda for our THIRD gig at Odd Mollies! Just ask anyone who attended either of our two previous shows there!

He may be 72 years old this year but Rob Strong, as his name suggests, is still going strong! The Derry native with the sensational blues/soul voice, is celebrating an amazing 55 years on the road this year! From fronting The Plattermen in the 60s to The Rockets in the 70s, Rob actually turned down an offer to join Deep Purple! The legend is joined on stage by the sensational Sean Behan on lead guitar, surely one of the best in Ireland and the awesome Cormac Crowley on drums

Not many Irish artists can claim to have played LIVE for the last six decades! His son, Andrew Strong, became world famous as he starred as Deco, in the smash hit 1991 movie “The Commitments”. After touring Ireland's finest theatres last year with Don Baker to huge acclaim, Rob continues to perform in this, his fifty fifth year on the road, with that same distinctive voice that saw him mesmerise audiences all those years ago!
